Little Champs is a professionally designed, kiddies focused, fitness class that develops a range of physical skills through the use of kickboxing training. The program is designed with fun activities that assist in a child’s development in the following areas:
- Gross Motor Skills / Balance, stability and landing
- Bilateral co-ordination / Hand and foot eye co-ordination
- Strength and Muscle Building
