We offer private classes for individuals or small groups for clients who require one-on-one attention and are aiming for specific goals. Our private sessions are custom designed to help our clients expedite the meeting of their goals through tailor made, highly personalised plans. In a private session, we consider your lifestyle, goals, injuries and strengths.

Private sessions can comprise of combat training, weight training and pilates or a combination of one or all the above. Depending on your preference, goals and ability we can tailor make plans to suit your needs.

In addition, our qualified trainers offer a home or commercial gym plan based on your personal assessments for a minimal fee.
