What is it?
A combat based fitness class that includes weight training, cardiovascular fitness, core training and self-defense.
Each class is created to target specific regions of the body, target fat loss and promote muscle strengthening and toning. Classes vary in intensity and are modified for beginners and advanced clients.
Why Kickboxing?
Kickboxing is a form of physical wellness developed from a number of ancient martial arts. It combines the discipline of martial arts with the aggression of self-defense to create an art of physical wellness that has proven to be effective in both self-defense and physical well-being.
Women only classes
Our classes are strictly female only. The studio is a nestled in a quiet space where we aim to create an environment where women can feel safe to dress and train as they please.
